Hiiiiiiii Telorinthe! Oh my leaves and lightning, do you feel that buzz in the air?
That's the sound of steel clashing, crowds cheering, and me nearly tripping over my
own boots because WOW was this a turn! I love my job. I LOVE MY JOB. Okay, reporting
now before I explode.
All hail Abalach-Re, still standing tall and shiny as Duelmaster! Twenty-one wins,
twelve losses, and absolutely zero patience for bloodfeuds. Poor Broligarch barely had
time to lift his sword before Abalach-Re handled that title fight in one minute flat.
That's efficiency. Terrifying, glorious efficiency. And yes, Abalach-Re will be
heading off to AD after next turn, so soak it in, Telorinthe. We are going to need a
new champion in twenty-eight days.
The Cixelsid Heroes are still perched comfortably at the top of the team heap, looking
all polished and professional with their excellent record. But wheeeee did you see the
movement this turn? The Riff-Raff Crew rocketed up a huge 45 points. Sparkles for
Nothingburger, who not only demolished Namrepus but also snagged This Week's Favorite
and the overall Popularity award. That is a triple-crown of crowd love right there!
Meanwhile, Sorcerer Kings surged forward too, clearly feeding off of that Duelmaster
energy, while Bad Signs had a bit of a stumble. Hey, it happens to the best and worst
of us! Even ominous teams have off weeks.
Notable fights of the week bring us to Kluh, who keeps his perfect record alive at 14-
0. Buffarilla tried her best, but after a long, gory, and heartbreakingly twelve-
minute fight, it just wasn't enough. 6AM Alarm and Namtab went eighteen minutes.
