Eyes, Spymaster extraordinaire of all Alastari. Former top team WHEN EAGLES DARE was
unseated this week as THE SHOWOFFS moved up from 2nd ranking to take the top spot
with a 4-1-0 record for the round. Fortune did not smile upon MOUSE HOUSE this time
out who this turn suffered a fall into 10th position in the wake of a 0-3-0 round.
Most watched of the fights this week, the spotlight was on TUESDAY as she bore arms
against the challenge of reigning Duelmaster JUST GIVE UP. Although TUESDAY made a
valiant effort, it did not suffice to topple the reign of victorious JUST GIVE UP.
Informants "close" to the city champion have told me that he never fights without
pantyhose on beneath his armor. Watch out!
I have been in deep conclave with my spies who watched all that has recently
transpired. Indeed there is much I would report. ALJAFIR, city of gladiators!
Mighty among the names of thy guilds is WHEN EAGLES DARE, a guild shunned and avoided
by many in the weekly duels. Methinks more than a few here could name the guild it
was that spent the better part of last week avoiding WHEN EAGLES DARE. Indeed it was
THE SHOWOFFS. Mighty fighters cannot but expect competition from those below.
TUESDAY take warning! You have more than a few enemies in ALJAFIR. A match that
raised a few eyebrows at the games this week, it seems that JUST WIN posted a
challenge against the more highly recognized GONDOLIN. The results, you ask? Well,
the firebrand JUST WIN bested GONDOLIN. Remember warriors, this is the discipline of
steel.
Vendettas. Bloodied blades and broken spears. Indeed the city has seen more
than its fair share of red in recent times. Some say a warrior is judged by the way
he bears arms. One thing is sure, better a dagger in hand then a sword on the belt!
A thought before I go. Each warrior practices one style, but must not the wise
