Wondering what others have done with this design.
I am leaning towards 17-4-7-17-17-5-17. I have a difficult time not taking advantage of the trip 17's.
Studcraft likes 21-4-7-17-15-5-15 BA. He is a smart young man, but not sure I agree with this one.
Thoughts or history with this roll-up anyone wants to share?

I had one of those. Went BA iirc. Let's see.... digging, digging. Ah, here it is...
EXPLODING SCOTSMAN (13-3741) of CIRCUS - FLYING (406)
He was a basher with ST=17 CN=5(1) SZ=7 WT=17 WL=17 SP=5 DF=17.
He was right handed, was very intelligent, was incredibly active, was very frail, was
incredibly quick and elusive, did great damage, had an Advanced Expert in initiative, had a
Master in attack, and had an Expert in decisiveness.
He died in init tourney in Tempe, 25 years ago. Oh well. +4 Init but too slow. Killed by LU.

I went with your numbers, 17-4-7-17-17-5-17 PS. Fighting Apps this tourney so still very young. I would NOT go BA with this guy!

I've had it 3 times:
17-4-7-17-17-5-17 LU (twice)
21-4-7-17-17-5-13 LU
I didn't have luck with any of them in Basic. They don't have enough CN, they're slow and they don't learn enough.
I did TC Eligibles with the Quad-17 design.
The 2nd one I made with this design is an Adept I haven't run in years.
The reason I went with the ST 21 design was to try and bust him in Freshmen. His learning curve didn't allow for that so now he's slowly working on his CN in ADM.
