-- or at least a complete newsletter? (I know my team sucks, but we can at least be RANKED)
I talked to Sandy @ RSI and she admitted they've not had an update in a good long while.
That being said, next turn is the last one in which the Kathouse will be open. |

In the newsletter, Hammer says that he has written a spotlight and it will be printed next turn.
I think I'm still in 1st place by a good margin, but I haven't been keeping track.

Wow, I hadn't realized that the contest ended next turn, Kat. Thanks for the heads up!
Yep, Turn 186 appears to be the final turn of the contest. Over the next few weeks, if I don't hear from Hammer, I will compile the standings. In case anyone is interested, this is my current Deathfest score:
Iron Stable Bonus (at least 67 of 75 fights) + 25 points
Opening Round Spotlight + 25 points
42 Wins + 84 points
28 Losses - 28 points
4 Kills + 20 points
1 Death - 3 points
1 Revenged Bloodfeud + 5 points
Total as of Turn 185 = 128 points
If you can beat that following next turn's fights, I suspect you will be the Death Fest Dominator!

I'm traveling at the moment, so I can't exactly check my score. However, I'm fairly confident that I am in the top 10, just unsure of where in the top 10. I don't think that I've had a losing turn the length of the contest, I've killed 1 and had 2 killed with 2 revenged bloodfeuds, plus I'm hoping to have another next turn--Brana Gorefang is in my crosshairs. I had a warrior killed before the contest started, but I still got points for the bloodfeud, so that is why the odd number of BF points versus the actual number killed during the contest.
I'll still be running in Illis until the Zalcon3 starts, but will start it up again when the funds open up. I just like the team and arena, so I may have to find a way to keep it going even through the Zalcon3. |

Well, due to the fact that my team is SO abysmally bad, I'll do the math;
Iron Stable Bonus (at least 67 of 75 fights) + 25 points
Opening Round Spotlight + 25 points
23 Wins + 46 points
42 Losses - 42 points
3 Kills + 15 points
2 Deaths - 6 points
2 Revenged Bloodfeud + 10 points
Total as of Turn 185 = 73 points
%35.38 W/L (by far my worst team) |

Not positive on this but I think this is my results.. I started off strong but tried to continue on with Horrendous rollups so I wouldn't have to DA and get the -5 for each DA. Eventually they were so bad I simply had to do it. I should have done it immediately instead of trying to run REALLY bad warriors so it cost me in the long run and I still DA'd them eventually.
+62 for Wins: 31
-39 for Losses: 39
+20 for kills: 4
-6 for Deaths: 2
-10 for DA's: 2
+10 for Revenged BF's: 2
+25 for Spot
+25 for Iron Manager
+87 overall.. If not for the 2 DA's +97 would have been respectable! Hopefully this next turn I can make up at least 10 points for a 5-0 turn<grin> |

If I figured out my score correctly, which is highly unlikely, I have a total of 98 points going into the last part of the contest.
Yes, I'm kicking myself now for not writing a spotlight at the beginning, but I didn't have the time at the onset of the festivities. |

We are always so great and perfect at hindsight, aren't we? Goon run, no matter what! |
