Thanks to all for participating! See you 5 years!

Congrats to Flinglebits and Adie!
(Especially for a great strategic win with so few minutes. )

Thank you both. I could have participated in the last on in Home Guard years ago, and I wanted too, but I opted out because I wanted to maintain my budget and Flinglebits isn't exactly 'long term'. What a mistake that was! When the ScumFest came around again, I made sure I was first on. But one of the reasons I wanted to participate was to try for those multi-thousand minute fights... and I couldn't get any. Flinglebits has actually developed enough to fight back, and he's had opportunities to physically beat up his opponents. I changed strats to trim damage inflicted and extend fights, but by that point, Toofless, the only worthy scum who would stand around forever (Sir Vivor swings A LOT) was doing his own thing and I couldn't get another match with him.
Lucky for me there were no other scum like Toofless to extend the fights out even longer with him, rather than Flinglebits.
Thank you all again. It may be Flinglebits' last hurrah, but we'll see. I'm kind of partial to him, and he is a Fireball Trainer!

If I cared enough to spend the money I'd love to have Urchin fight both Flinglebits and Toofless to really see if he's as scummy as I think he is. In his career he may have lost 1 scum fight - but I don't think he has. This contest did not allow him to show off his scumminess. Had he achieved one fight against either of the two I'm sure he would have ended in the top 3 (because the fight would have likely gone at least hundreds of minutes.
Congrats on the win though - I tried my best to limit your fighting minutes so my entry would have a chance - alas it was not to be.

Thanks. Yeah, it was too back Picky was so low ranked. I couldn't fight him even if I'd wanted too! But even if he was higher up, you weren't going to win the Scumfest so late in the game by keeping the minutes of the two top minute earners down. You have to challenge one and then the other alternately to gain on both. I myself couldn't find even one other true scum out there to fight. I tried WT Pooh, Sir Vivor, etc. All those I challenged were swingers (including my own Flinglebits to some extent, unfortunately) or just didn't have the same physicals.
