Of course. Perfectly understood. We had our own little chuckle about that. A new marriage can befuddle one's mind, you know?
And then there's the fact that I was waiting to move lock, stock & barrell back to my house in Maryland...which is now done.
Thanks for a good excuse!
Really, no excuses or rationalization is needed. We all appreciated your contribution. You da man!

not da man.... just a man. Should have the scores done by tomorrow at the latest. I'll post them on a thread here for everyone to gander at (or pitch a fit...we'll see).

Baphomet,
Quick question...
My bad if this is a repeat....I have been slowly picking through this thread...
1. If you choose to declare a champion for turn X, does this champion add to your points in turn X or does the bonus start on X+1?
2. It seems to me that if they can add points on the turn they are declared this is an advantage to those in the know.
3. Is the official list of champions the newsletter or are you going to have a sticky or some such in TW the forums?
Thanks

I will post a spotlight in each Turn's N/L listing team, manager, champion with team and individual scores. This will be the REAL OFFICIAL scoring which anyone can debate or accept.
My best suggestion is to make a running list for yourself by reading the p-ads in the N/L. This way....if I make a mistake in the scoring...you'll know. I'm not perfect...just trying to do the best that I know how. And, I'm man enough to admit it when I am shown where I am wrong...and I will award X2 points to each that I wronged. Not only do I admit it, but I'm willing to make ammends for it....THAT'S BEING A MAN!

You don't need to be perfect. <grin>
There are way too many perfect people in this world.
Thanx for the effort, it is work to make this happen...

Baph,
Kill that happened prior to TW5 turn1:
BF by Team B only counts as a challenge for points.
Does the BF keep the ability to downchallenge without penalties or not?
Ex. If Warrior A kills an Initiate on TW5 turn-1 (remaining in the Initiates himself), can Team B use a Champion class warrior to pound him without penalty on TW5 turns 1-4, getting 2 points each time (x2 if it is their champion) OR does doing this get them the -10(?) each time for the downchallenge?
If this was posted elsewhere, just point me in that direction and I will look for it. I remember an answer on NOT getting the BF points, but not on the downchallenge portion.

Not 100% sure, but i do believe you can BF challenge once per warrior on your stable. Not 4 in a row with the same, but I'll let Bap confirm.

Kewl, then I have posed two questions!!
Actually, I know you are correct if the BF originated in the TW5. You may be correct anyway. I assumed since a manager did not get the BF points that the manager COULD use the same warrior to repeatedly challenge the warrior, but that would be a good clarification as well.

If the BF happened before TW5 it is not considered a BF during TW5. Therefore, you may BF all you want over and over again with the same warrior as long as it is not a downchallenge from the class you are in.
At least that is the way I read it.

Me too, but I have a manager who is nervous about Sister Sam pounding him and I thought I would get some clarification. Now me personally, I think I would like Sister Sam slapping me around a bit, but that is for a different type of forum...

Reaper,
Check Tripwire's thread about the next TW possible rules for the answer about the Champs. Bottom of page 1. I seem technically challenged tonight or I'd figure out how others are linking information from other threads to make this even easier.

If you DC with a BF that happened before the TW started...it's a penalty. However, the BF only counts as a challenge fight and not a BF.

Wow. I leave myself wide open for a slam and no one touches it. I'm not sure what to think about that one...
