In possibly one of the strangest things I have seen, the total points scored for turn 15 was 0. Thats right sports fans. Everyone in the entire contest combined scored 0 points for this turn. All of the teams that fought scored 0 aside from (The Grateful Undead and Sea Dogs) who both scored +1 and (Of Wolf and Man and Ski-Bum) who both scored -1. Teams not in the contest are starting to get into more and more fights. I think next contest we will give +3 points for a non contestant kill
As always! CHECK YOUR SCORES! Only scores that count are against contestants.
Good luck to all!

By the nature of the scoring system, this is impossible.
Quote: |
Sea Dogs: 0 Total: -5
Stowaway: -1
Helmsman: +1
Driftwood: -1
DA: 0
Ensign: +1 |
My score should be Sea Dogs +1 Total: -4. Driftwood, one of my deceased warriors, is still listed as -1. In its place should be Plankton: 0.
And that puts the combined scores for turn 15 at a non-impossible 0. |

I think we should give THEM +3 whenever they beat one of Manager's warriors in this contest.
On another note who knew dropping your KD would result in more deaths, and near deaths, I get Trip with a 7 KD then OAB with a 6 KD and nearly get another on OAB with a 6 KD. Look out this turn I just might go to 5 and not just attempt to kill but KILL! |

No worries about Driftwood. He was something like 4-9-11-15-15-9-21 AB, nothing terribly special about him. He just got ran under the theory that the more ABs I graduate, the more likely I'll stumble upon a natural Fist favorite.
As for the contest, only 29 more turns like this last one and I've got things in the bag. Seriously, though, unless I string some lucky turns together soon, I'm just in this for the endurance prize. |

People give up to quickly. Remember Grateful Undead was nearly dead last and -5 points only 5 turns ago. And is +6 and 4th now. |

I haven't given up yet! I have a 5th warrior entering the sands this turn and I'm issuing 4 challenges. I was just lamenting my poor performance thus far. |

I dunno, I think it's probably over and you should just mail it in, run on maintenance and save your bonus potions while you can. It looks totally hopeless to me.

We'll see results soon and I'm sad to see Grumpy go but perhaps he'll bring a 12th straight win to end his career, well basic anyways.
Forgot my DM column again so here's what he looked like:
15(2)-21-5-11-19(2)-8-11(2) TP looks to be bonused in INI and or RIP as he didn't get a slow activity statement, VL/VL BA fave ATT learn
Ran him like a WS and he was a natural 21 CN on his RU. |
